As the powerhouse behind NicFit, she brings her passion for movement, health and fitness to deliver bespoke training for the community.
The buzzing NicFit studio in Jamestown may seem a long way from urban gyms and performance stages around the world, but Nic can trace it all back to growing up in an active and sporting family.

Netball, swimming, calisthenics and dance fuelled her love of fitness. After high school, Nic went on to dance full-time at the Adelaide Centre of Performing Arts and Gravity Studios.
Then, in 2010 after she sustained a hip injury from dance, Nic embraced a new challenge and a new career.
Inspired by her first personal trainer, Nic completed her personal trainer and group fitness instructor qualifications through the Australian Institute of Fitness. She’s always been a people person and found her true calling through personal training: helping others to also find a love of movement and exercise.
Nic’s 11 years of experience in the Adelaide fitness industry have shaped her into the trainer she is today.
She's been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor at leading gyms, including Goodlife Health Clubs, Club Rhythm, Ashy Bines Bootcamp Glenelg, KX Pilates Norwood/ Unley, F45 Norwood, The Advertiser and many other gigs along the way.

Never one to take it slow, she soon put her dancing shoes back on and danced professionally in Adelaide, interstate and around the world. She has taken to the stage at corporate gigs, as a cheerleader and dancer at sporting events such as Australian T20 cricket, and even alongside performer Hans at the Adelaide Fringe and on America’s Got Talent, in a cabaret show in Germany and a musical theatre show in Singapore.
