Power &

Agility

This intense workout will get your heart racing and blood pumping. A combination of fast, powerful strength training and speed work. This session will improve your ability to take off, jump, throw and change direction. This class is ideal for improving athletic capabilities and for those wanting a full body explosive workout to kick start their week.

Strength

Master your fundamental strength movement patterns (squat, hinge, push, pull etc) in this whole body resistance session. Some of the benefits of strength training include developed and increased strength, muscle mass, reduced body fat, increased bone mineral density, reduced chronic pain and improved mobility and flexibility. If resistance training is not part of your weekly training program this session is definitely for you.

Mat

Pilates

A lower intensity body weight workout on the mat inspired by the Joseph Pilates method. This session caters to all fitness levels and is the perfect class for those wanting to improve their flexibility, mobility, strength, movement patterns, balance and coordination.

Male
Boot Camp

One for the lads.

A group environment catering for males at any fitness level. Come along to improve your general fitness, strength, power, endurance, mobility and for some solid banter.

Pre & Postnatal

A class designed for pre & postnatal women. This session is safe for pre & postnatal women returning to exercise (with a medical clearance).

​

The aim of this class is to maintain strength & general fitness throughout pregnancy & assist your recovery postnatal.

​

This session includes a strong emphasis on breathing, pelvic floor, core & the posterior chain.

​

Babies are welcome in the studio until they are on the move. Please contact Nic specifically if you require more information regarding bringing your baby in.

Over 60's

A slower-paced class catering for females aged 60 years and above. This session focuses on increasing and improving strength, coordination, balance and mobility. A combination of Pilates, body weight and light resistance exercises.
